WOW's core competency lies in the areas of Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial design with strong lifestyle-driven concepts.
You will be directly responsible for all aspects of the FF&E Design Process on Hospitality and Residential projects, including working with the senior designer to establish the FF&E design direction, client presentations, selections, organization, and presentation of materials and FF&E for ID and Architecture projects. You will further be responsible for:
Sourcing, specifying, coordinating, and presenting materials and products, including the maintenance and updating of the material library.
Production of design drawings, coordination of technical and production of tender/construction documents, and site coordination.
Checking of shop drawings and production drawings.
Inspection of prototypes and placement of FF&E at the site.
Maintaining and updating the rate list for different geographies of all materials contained in the FFE library.
Taking instructions from the project director/s regarding their FFE requirements on both Architecture and ID projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Competent knowledge and natural passion for excellence in design.
Meticulous, highly organized, and efficient.
5-10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality/residential and lifestyle design industry.
Appreciation for international art and culture.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from recognized universities.
Fluent in Auto CAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
Well networked with local vendors and suppliers.
Ability to develop relationships with international vendors and suppliers.
Knowledge of 3 D modeling.
Represent the company externally and contribute to WOW's professional reputation and high level of attention to detail.
International work experience.
