Responsibilities ISO13485 Compliance: Perform the operation and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure the highest standards of product and service quality based on ISO13485 requirements. This includes developing and maintaining QA processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Product Inspection and Verification: Monitor and verify that all products and services are effectively inspected and checked for conformity to customer requirements. This involves conducting regular inspections, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any non-conformities promptly. Conduct Quality Training: Ensure that Quality personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to achieving the company's Quality Objectives and supporting customers in the Biomedical Industry. This includes conducting regular training sessions, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintenance and Calibration: Monitor the implementation of necessary maintenance and calibration programs for all monitoring and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. This involves scheduling regular maintenance, keeping detailed records, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly. Record Maintenance: Review and maintain records of monitoring and measurement equipment calibration to ensure compliance with Biomedical and regulations. This includes updating records regularly, conducting audits, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Work Environment Compliance: Follow procedures to maintain a work environment that meets the requirements necessary to achieve conformity to product requirements. This involves implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise. Analyse Quality Data: Collect and analyse quality metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on quality performance and improvement initiatives. Customer Feedback: Attend to customers' complaints and feedback related to product quality, addressing issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. This involves investigating complaints, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues. Supplier Quality Management: Work with suppliers to ensure that products meet quality requirements and achieve conformity to product specifications. This includes conducting supplier audits, providing feedback, and working closely with suppliers to address any quality issues. Additional Duties: Perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior. This may include participating in special projects, providing support to other departments, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Requirements Educational Background: Diploma or equivalent in Quality Control, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in quality control or assurance (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001) are a plus. Experience in Quality Control: Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting. Experience in managing quality control processes and teams in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is advantageous. Knowledge of Quality Standards: Strong understanding of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies. Familiarity with relevant regulations and certifications specific to the manufacturing industry is essential. Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess and document quality issues. Good analytical skills to interpret test results, identify patterns, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey quality issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
