Jewellery Retail Associate is a vital role in our sales team.

We are seeking a skilled professional to join us as a Jewellery Retail Associate. This key position involves providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on diamonds and jewellery, and assisting them in selecting the perfect ring design.

  • Our business operates largely on an appointment basis. We take our clients through a 1.5-2 hour education session about diamonds, creating awareness of the diamond retail industry.
  • You will be trained to deliver high-quality product demonstrations to our clients over the first three months.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth experience for our clients, including tasks such as coordinating the delivery timeline for diamonds, helping clients with customized designs, and following up on their enquiries.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in High-End Retail is required.
  • Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
