This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground level of a high-impact transformation within their Technology Trading division, with a focus on FX, Rates, and Equities platforms. We\’re seeking a System Architect who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment, has deep architectural expertise, and enjoys working across global teams. Define and evolve the architectural vision across FX and Rates trading platforms. Lead the alignment of cross-functional Agile teams to build scalable, high-performing systems. Drive architectural excellence across application development, infrastructure, and DevOps. Contribute to building greenfield platforms and work on enterprise-scale integration. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in enterprise systems architecture (e.g. C#, Java, or similar). Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred), SOA, microservices, APIs. Domain knowledge in FX, Rates, or Equities is a plus. Experience with Agile frameworks and delivering in globally distributed teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills. This is a strategic build-out , so you’ll have real influence over architectural direction and long-term design decisions — perfect for someone looking to move the needle in capital markets tech.
