BEAUTY ADVISOR | UP TO $5000(BASIC+ALLOWANCE+UNCAPPED INCENTIVES) | 5 DAYS WORK Salary range: $2000-$3000 Basic + Allowance + Uncapped Incentives AWS + Company Insurance Coverage + Dental benefits Uniform & Training provided Responsibilities Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultation to customers Demonstrate and recommend Shiseido products based on customer needs Achieve sales targets and maintain good product knowledge Ensure product displays are well-stocked and attractive Handle cashiering and daily sales reporting Maintain counter cleanliness and adhere to grooming standards Participate in promotions, events, and product launches Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty background preferred Willing to commit shift hours including weekends and PH Passionate about customer services and sales oriented Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
