We are seeking a skilled Pet Care Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and upholding high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Job Description:

  • Provide warm and welcoming front desk service to customers, answering calls, and handling inquiries. \
  • Advise customers on suitable grooming packages, ensuring their pets receive the best care. \
  • Schedule and manage grooming appointments with precision, minimizing wait times and ensuring a seamless experience. \
  • Uphold stringent safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times, maintaining a healthy and safe environment for both staff and customers. \
  • Support our dedicated grooming and daycare teams in delivering exceptional pet care services. \
  • Assist with retail sales and basic inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and optimal product availability.
