About the Role The core purpose of the Admissions Manager is to act as a brand ambassador who understands the school's value proposition and appreciates individual parents' and students' needs to effectively promote the school to prospective families, including Japanese/Korean‐speaking prospects. The role involves developing a deep understanding of individual parent and student needs, tailoring the approach to each situation for a personalized experience, qualifying and converting inquiries into applications and enrolments, and supporting students and families throughout the recruitment journey. Position Requirements Excellent verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills in 1:1 and group settings Results‐oriented and driven by successful outcomes Experience dealing with clients in a multicultural setting Experience with CRM systems Strong relationship‐management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
