The founders have held CxO roles in Product & Technology at some of Asia's top startups covering Gaming, Travel, Fintech, Healthtech and SaaS, and won multiple awards for their products globally. Are you a frontend engineer who's not just riding the AI wave but building the surfboard? We're on a mission to automate frontend development and design-to-code workflows using cutting-edge AI. If you've built complex web or mobile apps, lived in design tools, and now find yourself fine-tuning LLMs, chaining prompts, or even experimenting with custom models-this is your calling. The ideal candidate is a full stack engineer with strong frontend roots and deep curiosity in the emerging AI developer stack-prompt engineering, model building ground up and fine-tuning, embeddings, agents, and more. This is a rare opportunity to redefine how frontend development is done.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build core AI-powered features that automate UI/UX to code generation for web and mobile apps
  • Design and implement complex frontend systems, with pixel-perfect precision, from Figma or other design tools
  • Work with LLMs, fine-tuning pipelines, and embeddings to enable context-aware code generation
  • Develop internal tools and APIs that connect the AI layer with real-world frontend frameworks like React, , Flutter, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, AI researchers, and fellow engineers to build magic
  • Contribute to building and evolving the AI dev stack (prompt orchestration, context management, multi-modal input handling, etc.)
Required Skills
  • 1 years of frontend or full stack experience building production-grade web/mobile apps in atleast one of the following : React / Vue / Angular / Nextjs / Flutter / Kotlin / react native / Swift
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), and responsive design
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Penpot or Adobe XD, and turning them into live UIs
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and workflows - building models ground up or fine tuning them, prompt engineering, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, etc.), embeddings, LLM APIs, and vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals , Express, Python APIs, or similar)
  • Passionate about developer experience and accelerating how software is built
Nice to Have
  • Experience building AI coding tools or internal dev automation platforms
  • Worked on projects involving agents, RAG pipelines, or custom model training
  • Contributions to open source projects in the AI or devtools space
  • Familiarity with mobile frontend stacks like React Native or Flutter
