Roles & Responsibilities Project Planning & Management Lead end-to-end ACMV project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Technical Oversight Review technical drawings (shop drawings, schematic diagrams, etc.) and specifications.Supervise the installation and commissioning of ACMV systems.Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Team Coordination Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Assign tasks, set objectives, and monitor performance.Ensure adherence to safety procedures and project milestones. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports.Resolve any project-related issues, delays, or conflicts effectively. Quality & Safety Assurance Ensure all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols.Conduct inspections and tests during commissioning. Singaporean/PR prefered.
