Job Scope
  • Operate and use various inspection equipment based on operational specifications, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
  • Specialized Tool Proficiency: Experience with common dimensional inspection tools such as Hexagon CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), OMMs (Optical Measuring Machines), as well as surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.
  • Provide on-site support by referencing MQE (Manufacturing Quality Engineering) data, specifications, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) guidelines, and MSOP (Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Analyze inspection results to determine the proportion of defects and their potential root causes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with quality inspection equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
Requirement
  • Software: CAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive attitude with good communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including multinational teams.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
