Our client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of cloud-native technologies and container platforms. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving improvements in solutions and ensuring the best customer experience.

Responsibilities
Deliver on-site guidance, training, and support for product trials; resolve customer technical challenges and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, propose solutions, and provide post-sales technical support.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project proposals, bids, implementation plans, and test reports.
Collect, analyze, and communicate customer and market feedback to internal teams for product and R&D improvements.
Conduct technical exchanges and partnerships with external vendors or partners.
Manage support tickets, incidents, and service requests effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, cloud computing or internet-related companies.
Familiarity with mainstream cloud technologies, container platforms and related enterprise products.
Experience in after-sales support, R&D, or operations and maintenance of medium to large-scale projects is a plus.
Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
