We are seeking a skilled
Full Stack Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems. You will play a key role in developing core business logic, managing data, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain core business logic with clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Design and optimize database schemas (MySQL) and implement caching solutions (Redis).
Build and manage high-concurrency, distributed systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using (Vuex/Vue Router) and (Express/Koa).
Implement search functionality using ElasticSearch and stream processing with Kafka.
Utilize vector search tools (Faiss or similar) for advanced data retrieval.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
Optimize technical architecture to improve scalability and efficiency.
Manage servers and deploy applications in production environments.
Provide technical support to resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Engineer or similar role.
Backend: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and ElasticSearch.
Frontend: Hands-on experience with (Vuex/Vue Router) and (Express/Koa).
Database & Caching: Deep understanding of MySQL (design, optimization) and Redis (caching, distributed locks).
Search & Data Processing: Experience with ElasticSearch and Kafka for real-time data handling.
Version Control: Proficient in Git (Git Flow) and collaborative development workflows.
Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization.
Work Style: Adaptable to fast-paced environments, able to work independently and collaboratively.
