Senior Presales Network Consultant We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Senior Presales Network Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering tailored network solutions that drive business outcomes while supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities Provide technical consultation, solutions, and product expertise to support the sales process. Identify customer business and technical requirements, and generate sales opportunities by designing the right solutions. Develop and present proposals, including technical offers and cost estimates. Stay updated on market trends to address evolving customer needs and recommend new products/services to strengthen solution offerings. Collaborate with technology and business partners to build and grow strategic relationships. Ensure smooth project handover to the post‐sales team. Drive customer retention and upsell additional services. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' IT experience in networking. Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: Network Security (Firewall, VPN, etc.)Proven experience in a customer‐facing role, with strong business acumen. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Japanese (liaison required with Japan counterparts and headquarters).
