Description Responsibilities Pilot Responsibilities Perform drone flight missions across various project types, ensuring operational safety and effectivenessPlan flight routes, conduct equipment setup, and carry out on-site UAV operationsConduct post-processing tasks such as video editing, orthophoto stitching, and the generation of complete deliverables (e.g. visual media, reports, datasets)Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems and ensure all equipment is in working conditionAssist with internal test flights, flight demonstrations, and data collection effortsEnsure all operations comply with company SOPs and aviation regulatory requirementsInstructor Responsibilities Prepare and deliver lessons tailored to different student levels and learning needsProvide instruction on drone components, flight controls, safety procedures, and local airspace regulationsTeach hands-on skills in drone handling, aerial maneuvers, and mission executionHelp students build confidence in their flight and troubleshooting skillsIntervene and take over control of the UAV during emergency or unsafe situations during trainingTrack, document, and report on student performance and progressInform students when they are ready for theory and practical flight assessmentsReport all training-related incidents or accidents to the Head of DepartmentQualifications Minimum Diploma in any discipline (or equivalent qualification).Fast learner with strong hands-on and technical abilities.Genuine interest in drones and a desire to grow within the UAV industry.Positive attitude and ability to overcome challenges in the field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.Willingness to travel and work in outdoor environments as needed.Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 22C1322Cynthia Lai | Registration No: R #J-18808-Ljbffr
