Key Responsibilities Sales and Enrolment Growth Develop and implement the annual sales and enrolment strategy across all franchise and HQ-operated centres to achieve at least 85% average utilisation. Lead analysis of enquiry pipelines, conversion rates, and withdrawal trends; recommend data-driven strategies to boost enrolment. Partner with the Marketing and Communications Team to plan and execute campaigns, open houses, webinars, and referral initiatives. Coach Centre Managers and franchise partners on effective parent engagement and consultation techniques. Oversee the execution of Growth & Milestone Screening (GMS) initiatives to support enrolment pipeline growth. ECDA and SG Enable Liaison Serve as primary liaison between MindChamps HQ and ECDA / SG Enable for all early intervention programme matters. Oversee compliance submissions, audits, and reporting for EIPIC-P centres. Coordinate and ensure accuracy of quarterly and annual ECDA submissions, including staff qualifications, child data, and programme outcomes. Track regulatory updates and disseminate relevant information, ensuring the franchise network maintains 100% compliance with EIPIC-P and ECDA standards. Represent MindChamps Early Intervention & Therapy at ECDA and SG Enable dialogues, reviews, and sector meetings as assigned. EIPIC-P Programme Management Oversee daily operations, compliance, and programme quality of EIPIC-P centres (Tai Seng, Junction 10, Holland Village, and future additions). Monitor service ratios, staffing, session targets, and therapy utilisation rates. Review and approve monthly EIPIC-P claims and ensure zero errors in submission. Partner with Clinical Services and Curriculum teams to align EIP V2.0 curriculum implementation and programme outcomes. Lead performance reviews and follow-up actions for EIPIC-P sites to ensure continuous improvement. Franchise Network Development Identify new franchise growth opportunities and conduct feasibility assessments for potential sites. Oversee the onboarding and training of new franchisees, ensuring full alignment to MindChamps brand, systems, and curriculum. Support franchise partners in business modelling, start-up planning, and operational readiness. Track and report network performance trends to HQ, highlighting best practices and areas for intervention. Collaborate with HQ leaders to ensure consistency in pricing, promotions, and customer experience across the franchise network. Quality, Brand & Relationship Management Maintain strong professional relationships with franchise owners and Centre Managers to promote open communication and shared accountability. Work with the Franchise Manager to ensure all centres meet the ChampionGold Standard (CGS 2.0) benchmarks. Support resolution of parent or franchise partner escalations professionally and in line with HQ policies. Safeguard brand consistency in all external communication, environment presentation, and customer experience. Reporting and Leadership Provide monthly performance reports to HQ leadership on enrolment, sales, EIPIC-P operations, and compliance metrics. Present data insights and forecasts for annual planning and budgeting cycles. Mentor Franchise Managers and Centre Managers in leadership, compliance, and business management.
