You will be the first point of contact for drivers and passengers, delivering exceptional support and helping to create a positive experience Responsibilities Provide professional and personalised support via hotline, in-person, and email channels. Communicate knowledgeably and passionately about company services and values. Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with other teams to drive continuous improvement. Go beyond problem‐solving to deliver service excellence and exceed customer expectations. Requirements Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds. Strong initiative, with a willingness to go the extra mile for both internal and external stakeholders. Calm, composed, and skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution. Independent, yet a strong team player who keeps colleagues updated on developments.
