Highlights Career progression opportunities Entry-level candidates are welcome (must have Revit & AutoCAD 2D/3D skills)Must have Singapore working experience Transport and mobile allowance provided Responsibilities Create, develop, and detail accurate BIM models. Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit , Navisworks , or similar software. Ensure all models comply with project specifications and standards. Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction works . Produce intelligent, realistic BIM models of building exteriors and interiors. Incorporate pre-construction data such as material specs , quantity estimates , time schedules , and cost estimates . Build and manage BIM libraries/families related to standards, styles, and building component specifications. Provide technical support to team members on modeling and coordination issues. Requirements ITE / Diploma / Degree in Structural, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or MEP disciplines. Minimum 1 year experience in Singapore building construction or project execution. Proficient in Revit , AutoCAD , and Navisworks . Strong technical knowledge and planning ability in managing modeling and drafting tasks. Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
