Procurement Leader Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to drive our sourcing, supplier management, and quality control operations across various markets.

The ideal candidate will oversee procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and supervise junior team members to ensure seamless coordination with production, finance, and logistics teams.

Your goal is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective procurement that supports business growth plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle procurement activities: sourcing, negotiation, order planning, and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely purchasing of all required materials for production.
  • Maintain vendor databases, sourcing records, and ensure contract compliance.

Supplier Management & Sourcing:

  • Identify, assess, and onboard reliable suppliers for local and international sourcing.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams on new product/ingredient sourcing.

Quality Control & Inspection:

  • Oversee QC checks for incoming goods, particularly raw meats (e.g., fat content, cut quality).
  • Define SOPs for procurement QC and ensure frontline execution by junior team members.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and QC teams on materials rejections or feedback.

Import/Export Logistics:

  • Manage import documentation for meat/raw goods into Singapore and export shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and liaise with relevant authorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
