STUDENT ASSISTANT AESH (ACCOMPAGNANT DES ELEVES EN SITUATION DE HANDICAP)CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL Favoriser l'intégration et l'épanouissement de l'élève dans la classe ou l'établissement, l'acquisition de l'autonomie et l'apprentissage de la vie scolaire en intervenant dans la classe en concertation avec l'enseignant (aide pour écrire ou manipuler le matériel dont l'élève a besoin) ou en dehors des temps d'enseignement (interclasses, repas). Aider à l'installation matérielle de l'élève au sein de la classe (postes informatiques, aides techniques diverses), afin que l'élève puisse participer aux activités de la classe. Apporter une aide aux tâches scolaires lorsque l'élève rencontre des difficultés pour réaliser dans des conditions habituelles d'efficacité et de rapidité les tâches demandées par les situations d'apprentissage. Accomplir des gestes techniques ne requérant pas une qualification médicale ou paramédicale particulière (geste d'hygiène, aide aux déplacements). Participer si besoin aux sorties de classes occasionnelles ou régulières, ou aux voyages scolaires pour permettre à l'élève d'être intégré dans toutes les activités qui enrichissent les apprentissages scolaires. Collaborer au suivi des projets d'intégration (réunions d'élaboration ou de régulation du projet individualisé de l'élève, participation aux rencontres avec la famille, réunion de l'équipe éducative...). PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Baccalauréat ou équivalent. Expérience souhaitée avec des enfants ou adolescents ayant un handicap physique ou intellectuel ou des difficultés d'apprentissage. Maîtrise du français indispensable pour communiquer avec l'élèves, la famille et les enseignants. Bonne capacité d'écoute et de patience. Capacité à s'intégrer dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire (psychologue, enseignants). Capacité à réagir avec pertinence à des situations d'urgence, de conflit ou d'agressivité. CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL (EN ANGLAIS)Start date : December 2025. Salary: sgd for a 38‐hour full‐time position. Training, meetings and follow-up provided by the psychologist and specialist teachers, integrated into working hours at a rate of 1 hour per week. Working hours determined by the school psychologist and confirmed by the Principal, Deputy Principal or Headmistress of the Elementary School or Nursery School, depending on the level of the pupil being monitored. RESPONSIBILITIES Encourage and support the integration and the development of the student in the classroom or school, the acquisition of autonomy and understanding of school life by intervening in the classroom in consultation with the teacher. Help the students to settle in the classroom (computer workstations, various technical aids), in order to participate in the activities of the class. Provide assistance to school tasks when the student has difficulty in achieving the tasks required by learning situations under the usual conditions of efficiency and speed. Perform technical actions that do not require a particular medical or paramedical qualification (hygiene gesture, assistance with displacement). Participate in occasional or regular classroom trips or school trips, if necessary, to enable the student to be integrated into all activities that enrich school learning. Collaborate in the follow up of integration projects (meetings to develop or regulate the student's individualized project, participation in meetings with the family, meetings of the educational team, etc.). REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION High school diploma. Desired experience with children or teenagers with a physical or intellectual disability or learning disabilities. Fluent in French in order to communicate with the student, the family and teachers. Good listening skills and patience. Ability to integrate a multidisciplinary team (psychologist, teachers).
