Responsibilities
Implement and sustain the site supervision quality & safety assurance system.
Perform regular site checks on contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage proper site documentation including ongoing works, meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions.
Assist on-site to ensure all works meet regulatory and client requirements.
Coordinate with the Consultant’s PM/SOR to verify contractor’s work progress and claims.
Collaborate with Professional Engineers, Regulatory Authorities, and Contractors for planning, coordination, supervision, and project handover to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with a valid RTO certificate from IES, Singapore.
Min. 3 to 5 years’ site experience as RTO in Singapore for Civil Engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of authorities and client requirements and regulations for construction.
