Zenith offers opportunity to be engaged in long term projects with large IT savvy companies, Consulting organizations, System Integrators, Government, and MNCs.Employment Details Employment type: Contract - 24 monthsLocation: Chai Chee, Bedok OfficeWorking Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri)Salary: $7,000 - $8,800 per month (no bonus)Working Arrangement: HybridQualification: DegreeResponsibilities Technical support services for DevSecOps/Integrated Application Lifecycle Management (iALM) systemMonitor and maintain iALM applications and its infrastructure in production and non-production environmentTroubleshoot and resolve iALM incidents raised by users as per SLACreate DevSecOps workflows based on the ALM workflowsSet up new users accounts and profilesLiaises with the iALM product IT support when necessaryEnsure integration and connectivity of iALM with other systemsProvide training for users on updated iALM workflows, features and recommend best practicesSupport users to publish documents and create templatesMigrate from iALM applications to the recommended toolsRecommend optimal processes and workflows customized to achieve better system performanceReview and update user guide on new application features and its usageReport weekly status on issues status and system resources utilizationQualifications & Requirements Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or EngineeringTechnical skills in scripting for iALM applications, GitLab, Jira, Confluence and other DevSecOps toolsUnderstanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/QA processes2 years experience of maintaining DevSecOps system/ALM application such as Microfocus/OpenText solutions will be added advantageGood analytical and problem-solving skillsWorked in user-centric environment with focus on quality deliveryAbility to work with minimal supervision under tight schedulesAble to work well both independently and in a teamGood written and verbal communication skillsOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
