Overview of the Job Responsibilities The Store Keeper & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing, executing and overseeing the entire warehouse operations and logistics functions to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost‐effective handling, storage, and distribution of building materials. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations and timely handling of goods, while maintaining a well‐organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards. Efficiently managing inventory levels, coordinating relevant teams for timely stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate and timely updates to the inventory management system. Ensure logistics activities, including planning, route optimization, vehicle scheduling, and achieving effective delivery of materials while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while implementing and maintaining robust safety standards and procedures to promote a secure and legally compliant warehouse and logistics operation. Manage warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on cost management and continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce operational expenses, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Preparing and presenting accurate, timely reports on inventory levels, stock movements, logistics operations, and warehouse performance to management for effective decision‐making and process improvement. Leading, mentoring, and developing the warehouse and logistics team to ensure optimal performance, accountability, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery. Education Required: 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management and expose in construction industry will be an added advantage. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage Competencies and Skills Required Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Knowledge of local transport regulations, safety practices, and inventory systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
