Senior Associate Auditor Director

As a Senior Associate Audit Director, you will be responsible for managing audit engagements, from pre-audit scoping to delivering final reports, with a direct reporting line to the partner. Your duties will include identifying audit risks, evaluating clients" internal control structures, executing audits, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and overseeing audit assignments, maintaining thorough audit documentation, and leading a team to successful outcomes.Your success in this role will hinge on your motivation, commitment to client service excellence, and adherence to professional standards. You will be expected to work independently with clients in the assurance division, under the direct supervision of the partner. A willingness to travel is essential for this position, along with a focus on business development initiatives.To excel in this role, you should possess expert knowledge of business processes, accounting principles, reporting practices, and audit methodologies. Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Standards on Auditing (SAs) under Indian GAAP, and reporting requirements under IFRS and other GAAPs is crucial for group reporting purposes. A working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, corporate laws, and experience with ERP systems like Tally and SAP will be beneficial.
