Join a dynamic B2B startup as a Marketing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in launching and promoting a new online product. This part-time, remote position is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving growth for innovative digital solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring the product reaches its target audience through multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to B2B audiences across online ads, email newsletters, online press, SEO, social media, YouTube, and influencer partnerships.
Maintain and update company profiles on various social media platforms, plan engaging content, and moderate community interactions.
Design advertising materials and prepare graphic assets in collaboration with creative team members.
Conduct marketing research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize strategies for improved results.
Test and refine customer acquisition strategies and implement initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a startup or digital product environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, online advertising, and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies based on sales objectives.
Experience with content planning, community management, and moderating online interactions.
Ability to design and prepare marketing materials using graphic design tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Availability for part-time, contract-based work.
