Role Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Junior Quant Trader with 2-3 years of experience in building, deploying, and executing high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies. They are open to candidates from mid-frequency trading (MFT) backgrounds who have a proven track record of success. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside top-tier engineers and quantitative developers in a highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and execute high-frequency trading strategies across multiple asset classes, including cryptocurrencies. Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and developers to refine trading models and infrastructure. Monitor real-time trading performance and adapt strategies to market conditions. Utilize strong programming skills, particularly in C++, to enhance algorithmic trading strategies. Conduct rigorous research and backtesting to improve performance and profitability. Scale successful strategies with access to firm-provided capital and infrastructure. Key Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in quantitative trading, with a focus on HFT (open to MFT backgrounds). Proven track record of developing and executing profitable trading strategies. Proficiency in C++ for low latency trading environments. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and machine learning. Experience working with large datasets and real-time market data. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Attractive percentage of PnL.
