Process & Integration Engineer

Overview
We are looking for Process & Integration Engineer, with good ethics and dedication to be a part of Engineering team working on challenging tasks to achieve REC strategic directions and key yearly activities. The position requires process sustaining, performing process integration sustaining, cell efficiency improvement and product yield enhancement activities in the plant, drive for continuous improvement by implementing best known methods. Selected candidates work closely with the other department functions to define all the necessary process, equipment configuration and control procedures to meet product functionality, quality and reliability requirements.
Responsibilities
Safety: Engineer will be required to update any new procedures and required documentation (such as internal work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP)) during change management. Engineer must adhere to all HSE principles and WI during work.
Quality: Remember all WI, SOP, and Quality Policy. Work with related departments (such as Production, Equipment, Quality, Technology) to resolve quality issues and implement required decisions made by management.
Cost: Initiate and lead cost-reduction projects relating to cost reduction across man, method, machine, and materials. If not initiated, participation towards such projects will also be required. The Key Performance Indicator is product cost competitiveness to support our product pricing.
Management: Possess excellent project management skills by establishing schedules, required resources (within the organization or 3rd party), and costs with risk identification to implement and execute projects. Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Initiate and lead projects relating to cell efficiency and module power improvement. Run and execute projects based on the RPDM process flow. Research new processes and materials to be implemented in production.
Process Integration activities: Perform qualification and in-depth data analysis on new process/material improvements for enhancing cell efficiency and module power. Ensure product reliability while changes are implemented. Perform daily cell efficiency data analysis as part of line sustaining. Ensure troubleshooting is followed according to OCAP.
Others: Perform other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the degree of difficulty and involvement of the targets set in the department.
Qualifications
Technical / Professional:
Degree in Electrical / Materials Engineering
Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is advantageous.
Technological:
Knowledge in Semiconductor/Solar cell and module processes.
Strong knowledge and experience in all process integration & development methods.
FMEA, DFMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, SPC, RCA knowledge.
Strong technical analysis competency with the use of analytical tools like JMP, Mini-Tab for troubleshooting and data mining.
General:
