Job Description
Serve as the technical expert for InsiderSecurity solutions for our users.
Support customer success by understanding user requirements and assisting users in achieving strong cybersecurity with our solutions.
Advise customers on deployment architecture and best practices for our products.
Deploy and configure solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments.
Develop and configure use cases to meet user needs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support the sales team with technical demos and inquiries.
Act as the interface between users and our product engineering teams, providing valuable industry insights.
Guide junior application engineers on technical matters.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in system administration, cloud administration, or IT networking.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes).
Experience with networking.
Proficiency in Python or other high-level programming languages.
Familiarity with Bash scripting.
Knowledge of database administration and SQL is a plus.
Experience as an application field engineer or customer success engineer is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
