Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to manage the operations of our Society. The role is suited for individuals with a background in working within a firm providing Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying services, who can contribute both administrative and technical expertise to support the Society’s growth and activities. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the Society. Provide secretariat and logistical support to the Board and Committees. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. Registry of Societies, auditors, banks, and relevant authorities). Assist the Council in: Organising and managing Society events (annual dinners, golf tournaments, book launches, etc.) Updating and managing marketing content across the website and social media platforms Respond to member enquiries and facilitate information sharing. Manage membership matters, including database updates, processing applications and renewals, invoicing, and record-keeping. Provide administrative support to Council and Working Committees, including preparing meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups. Ensure project reports and records are properly documented and accessible. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on secretariat matters. Take on any other tasks assigned by the Council. Requirements: Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to work independently with initiative, and support teamwork.
