Senior Security Officer | Up to $2650 | Joo Koon Location: Benoi Sector Working Hours: 12h Shift | 8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8 am Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend entitle to OT) Salary: $2650 Job Overview We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Senior Security Officer to lead our security operations across the company premises. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and property by overseeing all security protocols, coordinating emergency responses, and supervising a dedicated team of security officers. The successful candidate will manage daily operations at both Gate A and Gate B , with Gate B functioning as the Master Control Room (MCR) . You will be the point of contact for internal management, law enforcement, and external contractors, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervision & Leadership Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates. Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance. Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel. 2. Security Operations & Procedures Develop and implement security procedures and protocols. Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure from the MCR (Gate . Conduct routine inspections of gates and sensitive areas to ensure protocol compliance.3. Safety & Incident Response Safeguard company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies. Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security logs. 4. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed. Coordinate closely with company management to address security needs and improvements. Requirements Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar supervisory security role. Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols. Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring. Certification in Security Management or equivalent. Prior experience in managing a Master Control Room (MCR) or central monitoring systems. First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage.
