We are seeking a Senior Manager (Special Project)to join People's Association . What the role is To support the Assistant Director in the formulation of CDC-wide communication strategies and execution of common flagship programmes across all five CDCs, conducting data management and analysis, coordination activities and stakeholder partnerships to achieve CDC objectives and enhance community outcomes. What you will be working on Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This includes important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why). Data Management and Analysis Collate relevant data and leverage on technology and innovation to improve work efficiency of the CDCs' common based programmes. Analyse and present information and statistical reports on CDC programmes for management reporting. Prepare regular reports to highlight and profile CDC work through close collaboration with CDCs, internal stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners. Operations and Communications Plan and execute operations on the common-based programmes. Work closely with government agencies and partners to identify and troubleshoot issues. Follow up on technical or operational issues with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to internal/external stakeholders on programmes matters. Common Based Programmes Assist in national schemes that cut across five CDCs and review and monitor common-based programmes across CDCs to ensure the effective use of resources. Draft papers and reports, and prepare and make presentations to highlight and profile CDC work as assigned by SD. Social Innovation and Community Development Support the development and incubation of innovative programmes to meet emerging and existing, and increasingly complex needs. Secretariat Support the corporate and administrative functions of CPD which include secretariat and staffing duties for meetings co‐ordinated by and involving CPD, for programmes and projects and media matters involving all CDCs. Support the design and facilitation of CPD/CDCs workplan/workshops, and the development of the overall CDCs' strategies so as to align to CDC's mission and PA's objectives. Other Duties Task Forces/Committees as required. Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Officers. Knowledge & Skills At least three years of relevant working experience in IT and data analytics. Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Team Player.
