DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITIALISATION

(What you will be working on)

We are seeking an experienced individual to be part of the dynamic team delivering the Road and Commuter Infrastructure Development (RCID) Group's digitalisation initiatives. You will help develop strategies to modernise operations and improve efficiency through technology adoption. Technical knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Virtual Reality (VR), Video Analytics (VA), Data Warehouse Development, Artificial Intelligence Tools, and Prognostic Health Monitoring Tools will be valuable to guide the development of these initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Chart RCID's digital strategy and transformation roadmap, evaluate current systems, monitor industry trends, and develop frameworks for new digital initiatives
  • Manage digitalisation projects from conception to implementation, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, including pilot trials and proofs of concept
  • Manage change processes to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions
  • Drive organisational change and capability building through mentoring staff and establishing agile practices

(What we are looking for)

  • Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation with leadership in digital projects
  • Technical expertise in cloud computing, automation tools, and enterprise systems; certifications like RPA or project management are advantageous (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer)
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and effective communication across organisational levels
  • Knowledge of civil construction domain is a plus
