Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Mobile Frontend Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of enterprise mobile applications and devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Android OS, enterprise mobility tools, and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve mobile application, device, and connectivity issues. Key Responsibilities 1. Incident Management Provide onsite technical response and support for user-reported mobile issues. Perform triage and troubleshooting for:- Mobile application functionality and usage- Messaging Alert mobile app (message sending/receiving issues)- VPN connection or disconnection issues- Device enrolment and configuration problems Log and track incidents through ticketing systems. Escalate issues and liaise with third-party vendors (Cisco, Zimperium, Omnissa, messaging vendors). Collaborate with backend engineers to resolve infrastructure-related issues. 2. Mobile Application Software Release & Testing Download and export mobile applications (APK files) from Google Play Store and Samsung Galaxy Store. Support internal app deployments and phased rollouts (pilot and full releases). Conduct compatibility and functionality testing using acceptance checklists. Validate fixes for previously reported issues and report new bugs to relevant vendors. 3. Device Software & Certificate Support Troubleshoot Android OS and Samsung native application issues. Diagnose problems related to SD card and user certificate configurations. Work with messaging vendors to resolve certificate or authentication issues. 4. Device Enrolment Support Support mass device enrolment exercises. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues during enrolment. Coordinate with backend engineers on system-level enrolment issues. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related discipline. Strong understanding of Android OS and enterprise mobile environments . Experience with VPN , mobile threat defence , and enterprise mobility management tools (e.g. Workspace ONE). Familiarity with Samsung device ecosystem and applications is an advantage. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
