Shape C&B strategies in partnership with leaders, aligning rewards to business goals. Support / Lead group-level projects on performance, remuneration cycles, benchmarking, and benefits. Partnering Group Technology in driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and employee experience. About Company Our client is a globally renowned entity based in Singapore. Embracing a culture of innovation and collaboration, they are dedicated to delivering solutions that enhance connectivity, security, and sustainability across diverse industries. In line with their continued growth, they are currently recruiting for a Rewards Manager. Responsibilities Drive / support group compensation programs covering performance management, allowances, annual remuneration cycles, and market salary benchmarking. Design, review, and optimize employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. Strategic HR compensation advisory and development of tailored compensation solutions to support business performance. Work collaboratively with IT / HRIS to identify system and process improvement opportunities for compensation systems. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline, with minimum of 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Familiarity in compensation & benefits, performance management and system / process improvement is important. Proven ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skill. Meticulous and well organized in managing multiple priorities.
