Showroom Customer Experience Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Customers: Greet each customer warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their showroom experience.
- Needs Identification: Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs, offering professional suggestions to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow-up: Promptly follow up with customers to provide accurate information, alternatives, and solutions to enhance their service experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Hold a GCE 'O' level or Nitec equivalent qualification.
- Sales Experience: Preferably have prior sales experience to leverage in this role.
- Personality Traits: Possess an outgoing and pleasant personality, demonstrating a hard worker with a positive attitude.
- Sales Focus: Be sales-driven with a positive mindset and strong drive to succeed.
- Languages: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with existing and new customers.
- Availability: Able to work on weekends as required.
