This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who has hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and is ready to take the next step in their career.As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with clients to deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants and client stakeholders Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates with internal teams and clients Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices Manage project budgets and track against financial targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders Support change management activities and user adoption initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field 2-3 years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects from start to finish Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, and delivery Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation) Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification SAP SuccessFactors Activate Methodology Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Previous consulting experience Knowledge of HR processes and best practices What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional development and training opportunities Career progression in a growing organization Collaborative and supportive work environment Exposure to diverse clients and industries Work with cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors technology Flex working How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to with the subject line "SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Application."We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Avyan Advisory is an equal opportunity employer.
