Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil/geotechnical construction projects, including ground improvement and soil stabilization works. Plan, organize, and allocate project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution. Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Prepare project reports, track progress, and communicate updates to management and clients. Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project performance and client satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil/geotechnical/construction project management, preferably with exposure to ground improvement, soil stabilization, or deep foundation works. Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including subcontractors and site teams. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills; able to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
