DS is seeking an experienced operations manager to help us strengthen the efficiency of the organisation. Your role as the Manager of Corporate Services is to oversee daily activities and manage multiple functional areas of the organisation to maximise smooth operations. These areas will include Finance, IT, HR, Governance (regulatory, risks and compliance), Legal, Board Secretariat, Marketing & Communications and General Administration. Key responsibilities: Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the organisation’s internal capacity. Ensure that operational activities and records are well-tracked, maintained, documented and within budget Provide quality tracking and good administration in HR payroll, leave and other staff benefits. Oversee accounts payables and accounts receivables Ensure the smooth running of IT services, including maintenance of the organisation’s website, brand maintenance and communication. Manage data and relevant matrices, eliminate errors; achieve productivity targets and contain cost. Manage cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools, systems and service level. Ensure all internal functions are in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. From time to time, assist the ED in areas of programme management and stakeholder engagement Our Ideal Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Management or related field. Possess 3-5 years in an operations management role with financial acumen and experience in budget management. Likes working in a team environment and able to plan and execute work effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge and working exposure in charitable organisations would be helpful. Why join us?
