Procurement Support Specialist

The Opportunity

  • Work with a Government Agency to support procurement and administrative tasks for projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and HQ on procurement matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting procurement activities, including coordinating with stakeholders and managing project timelines.
  • Providing administrative support to committees and ensuring timely communication.
  • Recording and referring complaints or requests from stakeholders.
  • Compiling data and reports for meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Government Administration and Procurement, including secretarial duties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Benefits

  • 4 months contract (can renew/convert)
  • Salary: $15 per hour
