Job Description:

  • Site Assessment

Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to ensure customer premises are ready for EV charger installation.

Transport & Logistics

Operate company vehicles safely, transporting installers, tools, and equipment to project sites.

Team Leadership

Lead a team of installers in executing EV charger installations according to company standards and regulations.

Customer Coordination

Communicate with customers on installation day, addressing queries and ensuring smooth handovers.

Charger Setup & Testing

Set up, configure, and test EV chargers, including firmware updates as required.

Customer Training

Educate customers on charger operation and usage of associated mobile applications.

Documentation

Prepare and submit accurate documentation, installation checklists, and compliance forms.

Reporting

Maintain detailed service logs and generate reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications

Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in the electrical or EV industry.

Licenses & Certifications

Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A Singapore driver's license. EV Charger Equipment Specialist certification will be advantageous.

Language Skills

Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
