Roles & Responsibilities Hiring Now: Production Line Supervisor (Shift Lead) Location: Tuas Work Arrangement: 4-Day Shift Cycle (Day/Night Rotations) Job tasks: Coordinate day-to-day production activities, manpower allocation, and waste disposal. Keep output on track. Maintain accurate daily production logs and reports. Uphold strong housekeeping, safety, and compliance across the line. Flag and escalate production issues promptly to supervisors. Mentor junior teammates and provide coverage during manpower gaps. Partner with Maintenance to resolve machine or equipment-related concerns. Train new hires to ensure smooth and effective onboarding. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity. Oversee raw material usage and maintain inventory accuracy. Lead or support SQDC meetings and improvement activities. Solid understanding of standard operating procedures and production workflows. Clear communicator, comfortable with technical terms and documentation. Experience guiding or coaching team members in an operations setting. Proficient with MS Office; exposure to SAP or similar systems is a bonus.
