All that glitters is not just gold but silver as well As a Customer Service Officer, you will be trained to build a solid foundation and career within the precious metals and bullion industry. Responsibilities Customer Engagement Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information on products, promotions, and store policies. Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints promptly and courteously. Sales Support Assist in upselling or cross-selling products (ie. storage, promotional items)Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment. Conduct the appropriate know-your-customer (KYC) processes relevant to client profiles. Store Operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and display standards in the retail area. Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and inventory checks. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures. Collect and report customer feedback to improve client experience. Team Collaboration Work closely with store managers and relationship managers to deliver a seamless customer experience. Uphold the company's brand values and service standards in every customer interaction. This is a retail-based role at our shop in central Singapore, Milennia Walk. A strong command of both verbal and written English is a must. Proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, German and French would also be welcome.
