Roles & Responsibilities About the role Join The American Club as a Restaurant Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members. In this full-time position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our premier restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency. The role is located in the Orchard Central Region. What you'll be doing Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, schedule planning, and budget control Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations Analyse sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and dining experiences Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development What we're looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in inventory management, budget control, and data analysis Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences Knowledge of Western cuisine, their preparation and service What we offer At The American Club, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our team members.
