Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and business partnering efforts in the medical sector.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to drive sustainable medical workforce strategies that support our business-as-usual (BAU) operations and key initiatives.
  • This includes collaborating with cluster committees on workforce transformation and productivity initiatives, as well as providing secretariat support for the NHG Medical Manpower Council.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations, as well as experience in stakeholder management, committee work, data analysis, and outcome measurement.
  • They will also possess excellent project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work
  • Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks
  • Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders including MOH officials and senior medical professionals
