Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role combines both sales and marketing functions, focusing on driving retail sales performance while also managing marketing initiatives to enhance the brand's presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, creativity in marketing strategies, and a proven track record of sales achievement. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Drive retail sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with their preferences. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs by utilizing effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling products. Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that aligns with brand standards. Track sales data and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies. Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is fully stocked and inventory is properly managed. Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the retail store, including in-store promotions, events, and digital campaigns. Plan and implement product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers to increase foot traffic and drive sales. Work closely with the Marketing team to create and update marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, social media content, etc.) that align with the brand’s voice and vision. Monitor and analyze marketing performance and sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals. Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and community groups to enhance brand visibility and promote store events. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels, both online and offline. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques, and continuously strive to innovate and improve our marketing efforts. Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales performance, and customer feedback to key stakeholders. Support the Retail Manager with store promotions, visual merchandising, and other marketing-related activities. Maintain and update the store’s social media platforms and online presence. Handle administrative tasks related to marketing and sales, including the preparation of reports, content creation, and scheduling. Key Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail sales and/or marketing; experience in both areas is preferred. Skills: Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling marketing materials. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative marketing ideas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with retail management software or POS systems. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Personal Attributes: Passionate about retail and customer service. Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage both creative and analytical tasks. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Bilingual speakers are preferred (English and another language of Burmese or Mandarin). Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Working Hours: Full-time position with working hour flexibility, including weekends and public holidays as per retail operational needs.
