Provide professional interior design advice, including space planning, material selection, color schemes, etc. Preparation of quotation based on clients’ requirements Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly Able to travel to renovation site during renovation period Responds to clients’ email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner Qualifications & experience Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop). Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline. Minimum 1–2-year experience preferred. Experience in landed property & resale (HDB/condo) projects preferred Have passion for Interior Design Positive and responsible work attitude Highly motivated and sales target driven Able to work independently Bilingual proficiency Service-Oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
