Candidate Requirement (CR): Medical Doctor (International GP Clinic) Our client, a reputable premium medical clinic group in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and patient-centric Medical Doctor to join their newly opened International Clinic . This clinic focuses on providing high-quality primary care and personalised medical services to expatriates, international patients, and corporate clients.The ideal candidate should deliver excellent medical care, ensure a superior patient experience, and support the clinic's clinical and service standards.Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Services & Patient Care Provide full spectrum primary care consultations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for both adult and family patients. Deliver personalised care tailored to international and expatriate clientele. Ensure medical record accuracy and compliance with clinic protocols. 2. Patient Experience & Service Excellence Provide clear medical guidance and patient education during consultations. Ensure professional, warm, and service-oriented interactions. Collaborate with the clinic team (nurses, admin, specialists) to ensure smooth patient journey. Manage patient follow-up, continuity of care, and referrals when required. 3. Corporate Health & Expatriate Services Support corporate health screening programmes and medical check-ups. Provide medical services to employees referred by corporate partners. Participate in medical advisory for corporate health initiatives. 4. Clinical Standards & Compliance Maintain strict adherence to Singapore healthcare regulations and MOH guidelines. Uphold high standards of ethics, hygiene, safety, and patient confidentiality. Participate in quality improvement activities and clinical audits when required. Candidate Requirements Education & Professional Requirements Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution. Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) . Preferably with Family Medicine / General Practice background. Candidates with experience serving expatriates or international patients are preferred. Experience Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in primary care or family medicine. Experience in private clinics or premium medical settings is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgement and patient management skills. Excellent communication with both local and international patients. Ability to work independently in a premium, fast-paced clinic. Comfortable using clinic systems and EMR platforms.
