Clinical Trials Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage clinical trials from start-up to close-out. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, quality checks, and assisting department tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Manage multi-site investigator-initiated trials
    • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Quality Checks:
    • Perform quality checks on clinical trial documentation to ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting Department Tasks:
    • Assist with various tasks for the department as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in life science or related study
  • At least 4 years of clinical trial experience, including minimum 1 year of clinical trial management experience
  • CRA experience is required
  • Meticulous with close attention to timelines
  • Able to handle multiple priorities independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed team player
  • Able to assess situations independently and recommend solutions
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
