Job Title: Support and Logistics Assistant

Job Description:

This is a full-time role where you will work closely with the school administration team to provide support in day-to-day activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of equipment and the workplace, providing logistical support for lessons and events, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general cleanliness and safety of equipment and the workplace
  • Provide logistical support for Food Consumer Education lessons, school events, and activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks and office work
  • Transport and arrange furniture and equipment as needed
  • Assist with preparation of ingredients, equipment, apparatus, and substances for food laboratory lessons, examinations, and enrichment programmes
  • Review goods from suppliers and check that goods delivered are in accordance with delivery order

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Preferable qualifications include GCE 'N' level. Basic Food Hygiene Cert (Level 1) is also desirable.

Previous experience in a kitchen, food laboratory, food services, catering environment, or working in a school environment is preferred.

Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays - 7am to 4pm (inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break), Fridays - 7am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break).

Contract period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec
