Operating across multiple markets in Asia, they are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for Asia to support their sustainable growth and excellence in production and distributionThe Role Reporting to the VP Finance, this is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and support decision-making across diverse markets. You will lead a team and drive FP&A activities, provide commercial insights, and ensure robust financial planning and analysis for the region.Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Asia. Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to support commercial decisions. Partner with business units across multiple markets (China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam) to optimize performance. Oversee regional P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management. Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives. Support treasury activities including cash management and FX exposure. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in a dynamic environment. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team. Your Profile As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:• CA/CPA preferred• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or CPG industries.• Strong FP&A expertise with solid budgeting and forecasting experience.• Regional exposure and experience managing multiple SKUs across diverse markets.• Hands-on approach with ability to thrive in less structured environments.• Commercially savvy, forward-thinking, and resilient with strong critical thinking skills.• Experience in treasury and intermediate financial modeling.• Proven leadership experience managing teams.• Ideally exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Navision) and BI tools (Power BI)• Experience in vertically integrated businesses (sales, distribution, manufacturing) is a plus.Join the team Opportunity to shape financial strategy for a growing regional business.
