Senior Analyst, Material Analytics – VF Corporation This role is part of the Materials and Costing Intelligence (MCI) team within the Product Supply Enablement (PSE) Function. The Senior Analyst drives the material supplier performance management KPI process, collaborating with Materials Sourcing, Materials Library, Sustainability & Responsibility teams, and external suppliers to automate and optimize data processes and deliver insights. Key Result Areas Supplier Performance Management – Lead the seasonal SPM process, consolidate and validate data, generate performance matrices and supplier scorecards. Process Improvement – Develop and maintain clear KPI process maps with minimal manual data work. Subject Matter Expert – Work with sourcing teams to validate KPIs, support supplier correctional plans, and sourcing strategies. Material Data Automation & Governance – Create governance checks for key material data points to ensure quality and accuracy. Process Mapping – Map sourcing-related processes, influence stakeholders to refine SOPs & processes. Project & Change Management – Conduct trainings, maintain training materials, lead material data projects with analysts, and meet project timelines. Business Competencies High EQ and strong interpersonal & communication skills. Optimistic, risk‐tolerant, creative thinker. Team player who can work independently. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in operations, automation, or data analysis. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/STEM field. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Power Query, macros). Expert proficiency in at least one data processing tool (Excel VBA, Power Query, Knime, Alteryx). Clear written and verbal communication in English. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Good stakeholder management.
